El Chef Steven McQueeny es todo un artista de la cocina moderna. Posee gran experiencia en la industria de hoteles, restaurantes y se ha especializado en la Gastronomía Molecular.
McQueeny es un educador por excelencia en todo el sentido de la palabra, su pasión, creatividad y talento de fusionar sabores lo han destacado en la diversidad en sus platos llevándolo a enseñar los aspectos culinarios locales e internacionales.
Como emprendedor fundador
de www.chefmcqueeny.com y Chef McQueeny Academy, la cual se dedica a la educacion culinaria.
En el 2009 el experimentado Chef McQueeny participó en la competencia culinaria Operación Chef, la cual fuetransmitida por Telemundo donde quedó dentro de los primeros lugares y sirvió de punta de lanza en su carreragastronómica.
También, ha participado en los programas de Cocinando con Unción y Latin Doctors. Durante su trayectoria hacolaborado con importantes Chefs de la industria, entre ellos el Top Chef Jeremy Ford. Se ha desempeñado como Chef en reconocidas hospederías tales como The Miami Beach Edition, The Ritz Carlton Dallas, SLS Brickell, entreotros.
Actualmente, se desempeña como Chef Consultor en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. A su vez continúa ofreciendoseminarios de Gastronomía Molecular, eventos, cenas y presentaciones en los medios de comunicación y se desempena como Executive Sous Chef en el estadio de Hard Rock en Miami.

In 2009, the experienced Chef McQueeny participated in the Operación Chef culinary competition, which was broadcast by Telemundo where he was among the first places and served as a spearhead in his gastronomic career.
Also, he has participated in the Cocinando con Unción and Latin Doctors programs. During his career, he has collaborated with important chefs in the industry, including Top Chef Jeremy Ford. He has served as Chef in renowned hotels such as The Miami Beach Edition, The Ritz Carlton Dallas, SLS Brickell, among others.
Currently, he works as a Chef Consultant in Puerto Rico and the United States. He in turn continues to offer Molecular Gastronomy seminars, events, dinners and media appearances and serves as Executive Sous Chef at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
